Core Sense Events Participant Waiver & Release of Liability

IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING

This Waiver & Release (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“Participant”) and Core Sense, LLC (“Core Sense,” “Organizer,” “we,” “us”), governing your participation in any Core Sense fitness event, class, workout, retreat, challenge, or training session (collectively, “Events”).

By registering for or participating in any Core Sense Event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this Agreement.

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in Core Sense Events involves strenuous physical activity and carries inherent risks that may result in serious injury, illness, disability, or death. These risks include, but are not limited to:

• Muscle strains, sprains, fractures, or other injuries

• Cardiovascular stress

• Fainting, falls, and collisions with equipment or other participants

• Aggravation of pre-existing medical conditions

• Heat, cold, or environmental exposure

• Negligence by myself or others

I acknowledge that this list is not exhaustive, and unknown or unexpected risks may arise. I voluntarily assume all risks and responsibilities for any injury, loss, or damage to myself that might occur during participation.

2. Release of Liability & Indemnification

In consideration of being allowed to participate in Core Sense Events, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, hereby:

• Release and discharge Core Sense, its owners, instructors, agents, volunteers, sponsors, affiliates, and employees (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, or causes of action arising out of my participation, including injuries, disabilities, or death; and

• Waive any right to sue the Released Parties for any such claims; and

• Agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of my voluntary participation in any Event.

This release applies even if the injury or damage results from the negligence of the Released Parties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Fitness & Medical Confirmation

I affirm that:

• I am physically fit and able to participate in all activities associated with Core Sense Events.

• I have no medical condition, injury, or limitation that would prevent my safe participation.

• I will consult a physician prior to and regarding my participation if I am pregnant, have a medical condition, or am taking medication.

• I will disclose any relevant medical conditions to Core Sense staff if requested.

I understand that Core Sense and its staff are not medical professionals and have not evaluated my fitness or health.

4. Emergency Medical Treatment

In the event of injury or medical emergency, I authorize Core Sense representatives to seek medical care on my behalf if I am unable to give consent and agree to be financially responsible for all costs incurred.

5. Media / Promotional Release

I grant Core Sense irrevocable permission to use photographs, video, audio, or digital images of me taken during Events for promotional, marketing, educational, or commercial purposes, without compensation. I waive any rights to inspect or approve such uses.

6. Voluntary Agreement

I acknowledge that:

• I have read this entire Agreement, fully understand its terms, and sign it voluntarily.

• I understand that by signing this document I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue for negligence.

• This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state where the Event is held.
