CANCELLATION

We understand that sometimes things happen and changes and adjustments need to be made. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 4 hours notice for changes, cancellations, or rescheduling of appointments. 

Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients miss the opportunity to receive services. 

Any appointment missed, late cancelled, or changed without 4 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount. 

There is no refund for grooming services or monthly packages once any of the services have been rendered. 

As a courtesy, a confirmation request is sent electronically 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. In addition a reminder message is sent 1 hour before your scheduled appointment by email and/or text messaging from our online appointment scheduling software. From your confirmation message, you have the option of the following without a charge:

  • confirm your appointment from the link provided in the email;

  • reschedule/change/modify your appointment via the link provided;

  • cancel your appointment via the link provided;

  • respond back by email with any changes or issues;

  • Text our business number which is provided in the email for immediate assistance

Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments which result in a cancellation fee. Not receiving an electronic notification of your appointments from us is not sufficient reason to miss an appointment. You should even be able to automatically upload the appointment to your calendar by tapping the time and date in the message.

Any late arrival will shorten your appointment time and will not be made up by running into the next client’s scheduled appointment. If you are 15 minutes late (without notice) you will be charged a $10 fee, after 30 minutes your appointment is considered a no-show, your appointment will be rescheduled, and the 100% charge will apply.

All appointments must be held with a valid credit card at the time of booking.  A credit card hold transaction maybe made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time.  Your credit card information is stored with full encryption.

It is mutually understood that if a change, cancellation, or rescheduling is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment and no discount or charges will apply.

If we have to cancel a client with less than 48 hours notice of the appointment scheduled, we will honor the same policy and your rescheduled appointment will be 50% off the original charge. 

The 4 hour change, cancellation, and rescheduling policy gives us time to inform our clients of any availability and keep our schedule filled, thus better serving everyone. Thank you for viewing and supporting our 4 hour change cancellation and rescheduling policy criteria!

REFUNDS
